BuildersReach ("we", "us") provides websites, AI lead-conversion tools, and marketing services to trade contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you use buildersreach.com, our apps, or our services, and how we use it.

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties:

Account & onboarding information — name, business name, email, phone, address, service areas, services, photos, logo, licenses, and how you'd like our AI to communicate.
Billing information — processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and interactions with our site and apps (via cookies and similar technologies).
Communications — messages you send us, and messages your customers send through websites and channels we operate on your behalf.

3. How we use information

To build, host, and maintain your website and connected tools.
To operate the AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, review requests, and unified inbox on your behalf.
To provide support, billing, and account management.
To improve our services and develop new features.
To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).
To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. Your customers' data

When you use BuildersReach, information about your customers (leads, messages, bookings, reviews) is processed on your behalf. You are the controller of that data; we process it to deliver the service and according to your instructions. We do not sell your customers' data or use it to market to them for anyone else.

5. Sharing information

We share information only as needed to run the service: with infrastructure and software providers (hosting, messaging, payment processing, analytics), with advertising platforms when you ask us to run ads, when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and (if you opt in) advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.

7. Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
